Where/how are you hosting the Elixir applications? Where would you recommend a beginner to the language to host an elixir web app for free/low-cost?
- conradfr 5y agoGigalixir has as free tier.
- spoils19 5y agoFly.io has a decent chunk of documentation. The creator of the Phoenix framework also works there.
- thibaut_barrere 5y agoWe are currently on CleverCloud (a French PaaS platform), but using their Docker support so that we can fine-tune the versions of Elixir & OTP. For a beginner, I would definitely use Fly.io or Gigalixir or Heroku with a build pack, to keep things simple.
