You can still post horribly illegal content and make nefarious calls to other services from a static site.
- jokethrowaway 5y agoThey do, but nobody cares. I'm sure if you report them they'll do something if it violates their TOS. In practice, I've seen these being used for black hat SEO and copyright infringement.
