I'm sure DEC back in the day would have had a valid claim against another chip maker using "Alpha", or Delta against another airline, or Omega against another watchmaker. Companies have trademarks that are single Greek letters. I guess the question is: did Lambda School's line of business overlap Lambda Labs'? At first blush I don't think so. One is a school and the other is in hardware. But I'm also no lawyer so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
