A ridiculous way that anyone can adjust the contract and justify it: "At the heart of the dispute is a provision in the contract that allows JPMorgan to tweak its details after any “extraordinary events” at Tesla." - Every tweet or company announcement could be considered an extraordinary event including Covid related supply chain hiccups.
