Some (not sure if all) railway tracks were also affected [0]. There are two tracks that go into Vancouver (CN and CP have each their own I believe), not sure if both were affected. Keep in mind that the train also works as a pipeline of sorts for the Alberta oil, and a ton of coal comes from the eastern BC border by train.
