‘Great Attrition’ or ‘Great Attraction’? The choice is yours
- tuatoru 5y agoTL;DR: People want their employers to treat them like people. Yeah, good luck with that. I look forward to HR being renamed the "Department of People", but I would be amazed if there were any actual change in what HR does.
