- jimmygrapes 5y agoI do not understand the court decision here: the President didn't have the authority? Either I'm missing something or this judge hasn't read the Constitution.
- Arnt 5y agoWell, it's taxation, so it's governed by tax law. Tax law is law, and law is made by the legislature. The president heads the executive branch of your government, not the legislative branch.
