The same is true across almost every sector of the U.S. Record-breaking numbers of Americans left their jobs this April—and then again in July and August. This “Great Resignation,” as my colleague Derek Thompson wrote, “is really an expression of optimism that says, We can do better.”
It looks like there is a growing resentment between the various economic classes and it's starting to show up almost everywhere. Interesting times.
