It seems November is a hard month of rain in certain areas. When I was in Kuwait in 2018 they had a record flood on November 4th greater than anything in the modern history going back to the late 18th century when they civilized the area. Then on the 14th there was a flood that was 3x greater than the one on the 4th. I was also reading that this week southern Egypt is having an extreme problem with flooding that killed 3 soldiers.
