Qualcomm says it will have chips to take on Apple Silicon in nine months
- rektide 5y agoGood luck. I'd love to see a major major major step change in the Snapdragon 7c/8cx (aka MS SQ1/SQ2) segments. The uppermost end of the 8cx has a 66GBps memory pipe, which is on par with the memory bandwidth of the upcoming gaming-focused Steam Deck... but I'd be skeptical it will perform as well, will have near the oomph. Looking forward to finding out!
