Prometheus Agent Mode, for Metric Forwarding

  Kind of a big deal. I have to throw an obscene amount of resources at a Prom server that does nothing but remote write now. This will vastly improve the situation. The whole Prometheus Grafana stack is difficult to really get a grasp on.

    There were a bunch of alternatives to solve this before, like grafana agent [0], vm agent [1] or opentelemetry collector [2].
