- cannabis_sam 5y agoUnfortunately that’s an incredibly weak argument, since the need for safe harbors is a direct consequence of previous oppressive, draconian (and IMHO anti-humanity) legislation. I absolutely get why EFF is engaging with this from a practical perspective, but the longterm solution is to stop enacting insane and fascist legislation…
