Why don't you work that SRAM pricing out and get back to us on that, keeping on mind people want exabytes of RAM now. If you mean just moving DRAM on chip, people are already doing that and it's irrelevant to Rowhammer. This is about capacitor physics, location doesn't play a role, only row layout and density. If they can solve it on chip then they can solve it off chip.
