I am not surprised but I am not going to tolerate it any more without resistance. For each 'shit happening' usually there is one responsible for it. 'Shit' doesn't just happens. 'Shit' takes time. Shit takes effort of those responsible for it. And they should feel the consequences for making any 'shit' happen.
