I agree - it's as if it's kept difficult on purpose. I got fatigued reading about all the programs, only to realise I'm reading about old programs or about a program in different a state, etc. I wish there was a site I could visit, fill out some info, and get info on programs I may be eligible for. I've been considering hacking something together myself, but it's almost too much for one person to achieve.
