OKR - "a way to make your team feel bad about themselves".
- hinkley 5y agoInstitutionalized negging is something I've become more aware of over time. Powerful if evil way to control costs. Once you see it happening to you or a friend you can begin to cast backward through your memory to identify other times when the same thing was happening but you just didn't have a name for it.
