Here's mine, top left: https://imgur.com/gallery/Pa51o8c https://imgur.com/gallery/Pa51o8c (apologies, that was the image I had immediately available) Top row is volume, Emacs save (ctrl-x ctrl-s), scroll/zoom Middle row is layer change, Meta-x (command palette in Emacs), Ctrl-g (quit/escape in Emacs) Bottom row is Meta, Super, Esc-c (in my zsh, it runs "fd --type directory" in the fzf tool, which lets me type a few characters of a directory to cd to it, however deep it is) Macro pads can be controlled by QMK firmware (which I use) which is reconfigured by editing c code. There's also VIA firmware which is also very flexible. Other manufacturers will have their own proprietary systems.
