What about all the talented engineers and designers at Microsoft, HP and co? Without a strong lead talent is worthless. (Either that or Apple has a monopoly for smart people and other companies hire only idiots?)
- josephcooney 15y agoAgree. Look at how Microsoft performed while Bill Gates was CEO, and after. Although I don't rate Bill G as nearly as much of a visionary as Steve, leadership and vision of technical companies matter.
