Texas has low density, affordable home prices and a lot of growth.
NYC has high density, unaffordable pricing and little growth.
In the US, the most expensive places are generally the most dense i.e. urban areas.
I think the issue ought to be looked at from different angles.
- kelnos 5y agoIt's a little weird to compare Texas to NYC. Maybe compare Austin to NYC? Austin is starting to see a lot of the same problems; the main difference is that their growth is comparatively new.
