Thanks for saying this. I started exploring the technology and the ideology of crypto and blockchain few months back and came to the same conclusion. A public, permissionless, PoW blockchain is inefficient by design and a private blockchain is pointless. Much better and cheaper solutions already exist. Blockchain is solution to a problem that doesn't exist. It's more ideological than practical.
