Only 16-17 EU member states have national mandatory ID card laws, in some it’s either a passport or a national ID card. I would bet on more people having a pass

Only 16-17 EU member states have national mandatory ID card laws, in some it’s either a passport or a national ID card. I would bet on more people having a passport in the EU than an EU national ID card or those numbers being fairly close.
