- sova 5y ago"Used with permission from the NFT holders" Uh, is a court really going to say you can't hold onto a screenshot of somebody else's invented concept of property on the internet? Everyone who is hosting portions of the blockchain is undoubtedly hosting the NFT information, be it a graphic or otherwise, are they all violating property ownership laws by helping hold up the chain? Of course not.
- gus_massa 5y agoMost NFT don't transfer copyright, so I'm not even sure if they can give permission to use the images or prevent other from using them. Also note that the two owners of the NFT are the authors of the article, so it feels more like another detail to pump the NFT.
