People who break these mandates aren't universally removed from society, politics and the economy. Moreso, even if they were, the measure would be more effective than removing unvaccinated people from society, because the vaccines don't work well enough to be a silver bullet. At some point you'll have to accept that death is a natural part of life, but I have a feeling that you're willing to sell yourself and the future of everyone who comes after you for a tiny bit of safety that is actually biologically infeasible before you need to look reality in the eye.
