I'm posting this because it seems like an egregious case of politically motivated misconduct; I'm very curious to know how the FBI is justifying this operation, and the subsequent leaking of private, stolen notes to the NYT.
Also, for context, the diary contains passages where Ashley Biden describes showering with Joe Biden as a pubescent teenager, and questioning whether she was molested. As it stands it looks like this is a retaliatory raid.
- h2odragon 5y agoI understand that Veritas is suing the NYT, and that leaking the communications between them and their lawyers to the other party in that suit might be kindof a big deal too.
