No. US immigration only comes into play if one will be physically in the US.

- mettamage 5y agoFrom a legal/immigration standpoint, do you have a clue as to why many companies only mention that a remote position is US only?
- akshaykumar90 5y agoCompanies will have to setup a local entity in your country of residence to pay you.
