Wonder why that did not happened in Cambodia.

- Freeboots 5y agoPeople do, but it isnt really standardised. Article mentions how all the crazy spellings lead to difficulties with things like ML. Also older people dont always know english characters very well. Some do, or the might know some french so they can figure it out, but not everyone
