It looks like to the south of the building is the river. They probably optimized that side for residential units to increase profits.
That being said, they could always use massive lights to keep the trees alive...
- hannasanarion 5y agoNah, the river is on the other side of the traintracks further to the north. To the south is the Cole and Five Points neighborhoods, which are in early stages of redevelopment
