Government education allowed people with limited financial means to give a chance to their kids at least. Problem is not the government education. Problem is that thanks to political games the priorities got completely fucked up. The goal should be to actually educate people not to make sure that everyone passes.
- deepsun 5y agoI meant that people often resisted literacy, or at least didn't see any use of it.
