Setting my Firefox to search via DuckDuckGo years ago now leaves me just to read about these new dark patterns, rather than having to experience them in person. There is often much discussion about 'the quality of results od DDG' but back then after a few days I had no issues with DDG and now after a few years I find Google search results and layout just strange. Fully recommend.
