- afavour 5y agoI’ll always be a big fan of Monty Python but Cleese hasn’t been much more than a professional grouch for decades now. This would seem to follow that pattern.
- nly 5y agoThe guy is 82, has been in British entertainment for >50 years, and has been married 4 times. I think I'd be salty too.
- beardyw 5y agoI don't think entertainers are always nice people. In the film "The Tall Guy" Rowan Atkinson plays Ron Anderson, a successful comedian but an appalling person. The character was supposed to have been based on Atkinson himself. Hats off for him playing the role! [edit] perhaps Cleese should play Victor Meldrew.
