this is a terrible idea. I want a car not my own personal nanny. Drink driving is a problem but we have to draw a line somewhere. What next? Will the car monitor music that might make us drive too fast? Will it shut off if we are not concentrating enough on the road? How many more stupid anti driver legislation can lawmakers come up with. This madness must be stopped.
