Thank you! That's the first time I get it explained in the way I understood. Short. Without words, I often have just an abstract idea or concept what they really mean for. So it was always like lenders can't pay back the bank and have to move out with bank selling the house. Lenders still can't pay back and bank can't sell, because too much are sold at that moment.
