Twitter is pretty clever. Including a crypto in their website means you can pay and receive money with that instead of the usual ones (PayPal, other cryptos, money transference apps), but also means it could be in part a substitute to sites like OnlyFans or Patreon as a way of paying to being able to access some kind of content.
This makes them in the total control of the crypto in what you can sell or buy, what platforms you can use to convert to/from others currencies, at what rate do that conversion, an anonymity layer (like the rest of cryptos), and also some kind of trust to any kind of user because a big, known, and stable company does this instead an unknown guy on the Internet.
I don't know how stable this crypto would be, but I'm pretty sure it would be more used commonly than the rest.
