If tech@crowdtilt owns tilt.com, and the 'thief' owns crowdtilt.com, then don't they also own tilt.com? I guess the registrar of tilt.com would have clear owner details on their end? It's not like an @ can 'own' something without a real identity behind them, right? Or is an @ a separate legal identity?!
