Jason, CTO of CoScreen here on my normal account. So, this is about coding interviews for hiring developers, and it's more about the goal of hiring a good engineer. Obviously evaluating them dynamically will be more heuristic, and less fair, but it has worked far better for me than using standard uniform async interviews.
