Are you comparing apples to apples? E.g. taxes, social contributions, social benefits, etc?
- blibble 5y agodon't forget minimum 5.6 weeks paid holiday (~12% extra, and is tax free)
- TulliusCicero 5y agoI'm talking about gross salaries, as you brought up the prevailing wage. Post tax, I'd expect the US advantage to increase in raw monetary value, and the cost of living in Oklahoma City is probably very low for a sizable city, but of course the UK would offer superior benefits.
