Just to clarify: the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department are separate things.
- ineedasername 5y agoWhen I said Feds I meant it as the federal government in general, not a reference to The (Fed)eral Reserve. Because I'm guessing that if Treasury can do this, it's also an option available to any investigative branch of the federal government.
