Emacs org-mode allows taking notes and having code blocks you can execute in the notes. As someone who doesn’t use emacs though, I personally would love to see something like that with markdown/latex/notebooks. I guess you can already sorta do it with Jupyter and things like this. Would be interesting for a more note-oriented tool to do this though.
