That’s exactly what came to my mind when I saw the tainted RollingStone link. Luckily you don’t suffer from Gell-Mann amnesia.
But the biggest issue now is how most of the mainstream media will walk back on Russiagate misinformation. Will they do it like Iraq WMDs or just throw Rachel Maddow under the bus as if she was the only culprit in spreading misinformation.

- juanani 5y agoThey did leave a source pointing to examples. It was a bit of a long read but I found it relieving.
- leephillips 5y agoI see an indictment of media behavior, probably deserved. But no actual false statements (although I bailed after the first couple thousand words).
