Here in Menlo Park, Comcast was down but just came back up. AT&T Fiber remained up with full gigabit speed, but slow ping times to some servers (notably BayNIC in Fremont - which now seems back to normal). T-Mobile remained up somewhat reduced speed which now seems back to normal. Update: Comcast has gone up and down once or twice more for a few minutes each, but seems to be back again. Google must have been hit too: Gmail and Google Drive were intermittently failing to load, even though HN was loading fine, and regardless of which of the carriers I connected through.
