  > iss: Issuer, this claim represents the party who issued the pass, it MUST be present and its decoded value MUST be a Decentralized Identifier who’s DID Method MUST correspond to `web` which is defined by the `did:web` specification. It's good to see this W3C specification getting some real world testing, and maybe it will eventually allow proper peer-to-peer / anonymous identity systems to become common on the web, rather than us relying on the big identity silos we have today.
