I wrote an android process to automatically uninstall all social media apps every 2 hours (if they exist). My "social media experience" is now amazing. No notifications, much fewer distractions. I literally download just download, pop in to see whatever it was I wanted, then don't think about it (no notifications either), until the next time I REALLY want to use it.
