There are thousands of engineers vying for FAANG/MAMAA and they’ll do backflips to get a job there; leetcode is nothing for them. Some do it to get better salaries as your compensation drops after the 4 yr cliff, some for prestige. So unless you can influence these companies to change nothing will change.
