Question asked, where are European IBAN Transfers not free? I clarified that they are free by law in the EU but instant transfers (exception 1) may cost money. At the same time, a wire money transfer in Europe, as long as there is a least one non-EU party involved (UK, Serbia, Moldavia, Ukraine, Switzerland, whatever) may cost money. I think this does indeed answer the question. Doesn't it?
