  6050i bill is a joke want to send your enemy to jail? just send them 2.17 ETH from a fresh wallet the law is fundamentally at odds with the way the technology works

    I have a feeling this wouldn’t send anyone to jail in reality. What is the issue with the bill? It seems like people should be doing the appropriate accounting with large asset transfers. I imagine (but I’m not sure) there are similar reporting requirements for other high value asset transfers.

    Maybe the technology needs to change to fit regulatory requirements?
