Actually you don't need to use strong words, you can say the same in a more delicate (and precise) way without offending anyone[0]. It's not like everybody is going to listen, but at least they know they do have some responsibility for their health and they can do much more that just getting two shots (or a shot every quarter as it seems to be the new normal). [0] Except the people that will get offended no matter what you say, they seem endemic.
