What if zillow's defective pricing model is single-handedly responsible for the housing price bubble in the US?
I have not seen prices increase at all elsewhere in the world.
- hasbot 5y agoI think they've been a contributor. Having looked at many houses in various markets over the last few years, I feel their estimates are high but sellers take them as gospel.
