I can't find a source, but I have read that it is trucks which do the bulk of the wear and tear of roads. Making these trucks electric won't help.

- mym1990 5y agoI read that piece too and it is not surprising. I imagine the 18 wheelers going through cities aren’t doing a lot of good either. I drive one of those trucks and trying to get out of the cycle.
