- crate_barre 5y agoAny tech companies have binding arbitration clauses we all just hit ‘accept’ on the TOS that we need to know about? If a person signs a contract that has a mandatory, binding arbitration agreement, he or she gives up the right to go to court. Lol. Sometimes the world truly is just hilarious.
