Reminds me of the book Managing Humans. Startups don't like process, and they attract engineers who do not like process.
With success, comes the need to scale, and process is inevitable; but, great managers will build a culture that's constantly learning and adapting process. Great managers never accept: We do it that way, because that's the way we've always done it.
